Chaste Tree Berries Organic Tea is also known as Vitex, or Monk's keeper. The ancient Greeks believed that this tea assisted with Celibacy, and thus, Monk's later began to carry these leaves in their pockets to assist them in keeping their vows. Chaste berries are dark purple, smelling and tasting like ground pepper.

Direction: use one (1) tea bag per cup of boiling water. Cover & let steep for 3 to 5 minutes to taste.
